Although cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs over hoola hoops, I have also gone nutters in life for education. I hold a Master’s degree in English from DePaul University, and, yes, a second Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of Kentucky. Isn’t life a funny journey? I am a librarian at Flagler College, where I can be caught womanning the reference desk on weekends.
Educating has always been my goal, and now Lotus Hoop Dance is just one more link in the chain to my happiness. I hope to give you the tools that you may blossom and one day excel, whether it be at college-level research or hoola hooping–preferably both!

Hi, I have been in St.Augustine a while. I am a grad of flagler actually. I am soo into hooping. I think I have gotten pretty skilled at it. I would love to hoop with you and maybe collaborate on some hoop gatherings. I sell hoops also and really want to create more of a hoop community here. It has been such a fulfilling activity for me that I want to make it more common in this area. Please get back to me!

Hi Christie, I don’t really hoop myself anymore because of several injuries, but I always have demo hoops and hoops for sale.
